Descriptif du service
You will be working in the “Metabolism, Quality and Adaptation” (MOQA) team of the joint research unit “Avian Biology and Poultry Science” (UMR BOA), led by Cécile Berri. This team aims to generate knowledge in the fields of physiology and genetics, and to contribute to the development of sustainable breeding systems integrating animal health and welfare (AHW) for quality food. The recruitment will take place within the framework of the new European Partnership for Farm Animal Health and Welfare (EUP AHW Partnership). You will support the contribution of INRAE, which is coordinating one of the joint internal projects (JIP) of the EUP AHW Partnership, entitled "Animal welfare and sustainability, promoting livestock systems". The aim of this JIP is to facilitate the integration of animal welfare into the principles of sustainability and agroecology for livestock farming, in particular by developing a multidisciplinary European network.
